i heart mini muffins.

I have been having blog issues lately .. am I the only one? 

I have been having a hard time uploading pics! But I think we are all better now. Phew. I was getting worried.

I feel like I have a few things to catch up on now!

I have a recipe, a project, & a some fun to post about..

I have been meaning to get on and share this recipe with you.. I found it on one of my fave blogs.

All you need is a package of this chocolate chip muffin mix [see pic]

& a can of pumpkin.

 

Add about half as much water as it calls for and then add about 1/4 - 1/2 of the can of pumpkin mix.. and a dash of cinnamon. Just bake them as noted. 

I made mini muffins instead of big ones.. they turned out pretty good.. my only advice is to take the paper off before they cool all the way.. 

while they are cooking you can make a little powder sugar/milk/cinnamon glaze to go over the muffins.. YUMMY!

the girlies loved them too of course.

I loved walking into the kitchen and popping one into my mouth.

you will have left overs in the can ..
so you might as well buy 2 packs of muffins-- believe me they will get eaten!!
