cherry crunch.

I made my aunt's "family famous" cherry crunch yesterday for Bry's birthday. It was a big hit & one of the easiest things to make- I highly reccommend this one.

you will need canned cherry filling- (1 lg can or 2 sm cans)
1 box white cake mix
1/2 (or 1 stick) butter
1 tbsp lemon juice



put cherries in pan and sprinkle lemon juice over them..

Mix cake mix & butter until crumbly
(don't be afraid to use your hands)
(you can also add nuts into the topping- I did not)

Then plop the topping mix all over the cherries.


bake at 350degrees.
40-50 min until golden brown.
I didn't get a picture of it all done-
 but trust me it was beautiful & delicious..
