Happy Friday.

I have been trying to sort through some old baby clothes that don't fit the girls anymore. A few weeks ago I filled a small laundry basket with clothing from last year and took them into a children's consignment store called Once Upon a Child. I called ahead to see what kind of styles they were buying right now, mostly spring/summer. I got almost $40 back and they really only took about 3/4 of what I took in!! So today I took the rest of the clothes to the other strore about 15min away and I got $15* back.

*But of course... I had to wait 20 minutes while they went through other bags and baskets so we looked around. I let the girls play with the toys while I skimmed the 12 mos stuff. I was SOOO excited when I found this PERFECT outfit for Josephine's 1st birthday party & the best thing is that it was only $3.50!!

 It still had the tags on it too it looked like someone bought it for $18 on sale. She is going to look so freakin cute & I'm sure I can whip up a ladybug hairclip for her to wear.

After I paid for the outfit we picked up our basket, went to the car and got all buckled in. Then I can't find my keys.. [my clicker is not conected thats how we got in the car].. I remembered that I gave them to Josie to keep her quite in the store, so we unbuckled and went back in and had to look all over for them. A nice girl that worked there found them in a little play stroller, thanks Josie.

Luckily the girls fell asleep on the way home with the help of Adele and some winding backroads.

A couple months ago I went to JoAnn Fabrics and found these iron-ons on sale, I think they were all 40% off they always have things like that, maybe $10 for all of them.. and since I don't sew iron-on sounded easy. I almost forgot that I had them, they almost got thrown away. Maddie is so little she can still wear these onsies but they are old so even if they are just to wear around here and outside this spring/summer thats fine, they are so cute! Josie of course still wears onsies all the time, and these will be cute just by themselves.
